Refund policy

At Chic Ritual, every order is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged before dispatch. If, however, you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by clear photos showing the issue.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

For exchanges requested for any other reason, customers will be responsible for the return and re-delivery shipping charges.

Non-Eligible Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
